Is the 2025 Formula 1 Calendar Confirmed?
Yes, the 2025 F1 calendar was announced in April, much earlier than in recent seasons. The 2025 F1 season is the equal longest ever, with 24 races taking place over nine months. The 2025 calendar features the same 24 races as 2024, though steps have been made to organize organize the calendar better geographically. Australia returns as the season-opening race for the first time since 2019, followed by race in China and Japan. The Middle Eastern races in Bahrain and Saudi Arabia take place later due to the timing of Ramadan.
Are F1 Tickets Already On Sale for 2025?
Tickets are already on sale for most of the planned races on the 2025 Formula 1 calendar. The only races where tickets have not gone on sale at this time are Azerbaijan, COTA, Las Vegas and Qatar. Some races have already sold out or are close to it. A feature of recent seasons is that many races are going on sale sooner than previously. Demand remains high for tickets to the most popular races on the calendar, such as the Australian Grand Prix, Canadian Grand Prix and British Grand Prix. Check availability of 2025 F1 tickets.
Do I Need to Purchase F1 Tickets Well in Advance?
Yes. Rising interest in Formula 1 in general, coupled with a boom in post-pandemic travel, has created strong demand for tickets. Tickets are selling out in record time for the most popular and well-attended races. You may have a little more time to secure your tickets for less well attended races, including smaller events in the Middle East, but buying early also provides other benefits, such as the chance to save money with early-bird discounts. The other advantage of buying early is that you will be more likely to secure the seats you want. The best grandstands at popular races do sell out well in advance.
Where Can I Buy F1 Tickets?
In most cases, the official and recommended outlet for buying tickets is the circuit or promoter of the race. The downside at present is that it can be exceedingly difficult to get tickets for popular races due to huge demand. That’s why it’s good to have a backup source for F1 tickets, and it’s worth considering buying from an official ticket agent.
We recommend buying your F1 tickets from Grand Prix Tickets (GPT), our supplier in Austria. Based next to the Red Bull Ring, GPT has been supplying F1 tickets for more than 20 years and counts many of the current F1 teams as their clients. Through GPT, we are able to source competitively priced tickets direct from the promoter of each race. We also recommend F1 Experiences, the Official Experience, Hospitality & Travel Programme of Formula 1. F1 Experiences offers ticket packages with a choice of grandstand seating or hospitality suites, plus exciting trackside activities not offered elsewhere, such as an Exclusive Pit Lane Walk, Guided Track Tour and Guided Paddock Tours.
How Can I Find Out When Tickets Go On Sale?
The websites of most circuits and race promoters offer you the chance to sign up for a mailing list; this is a good way to find out when tickets go on sale. You can also join our mailing list (be sure to check the boxes for races you are interested in attending), and we will inform you when ticket sales begin, as well as keeping you updated on race-specific news.
What Types of F1 Tickets are Available in 2025?
- General Admission: The cheapest race tickets provide entry to the circuit but without a reserved seat. The General Admission offer varies considerably by race. Some circuits offer open access to various areas around the circuit (sometimes with viewing platforms), whilst at other circuits you are restricted to a small standing area. General Admission tickets are normally priced between $100-300 USD for 3 days.
- Grandstand Seats: Most F1 fans buy a seat in a grandstand. Prices for grandstand seats (or bleachers) vary by race and also the location of the grandstand at the circuit. Tickets for grandstands on the start-finish line facing the pits are normally the most expensive. Grandstand tickets are normally priced between $400-800 USD for 3 days, though cheaper and more expensive options are available at some races.
- Hospitality Suites: The most expensive tickets provide trackside hospitality with all-inclusive food and drink; the Formula 1 Paddock Club is the best known (and most expensive) hospitality suite in Formula 1. The Paddock Club, which normally costs around $6,000-8,000 USD for 3-day access, offers premium views above the pit lane, high-end hospitality with open bars and exclusive benefits such as daily pit lane walks and driver appearances. If you’d still like to experience the Paddock Club, but the 3-day ticket prices are beyond your budget, Friday-only access is often available for around $1,200-1,500 USD. More affordable hospitality is also offered in the Champions Club by F1 Experiences (normally $3000-4000 USD for 2 or 3-day access.) Many circuits also offer their own hospitality suites.
- Experience Packages: F1 Experiences offers ticket packages with grandstand seating or hospitality access together with exclusive trackside activities such as guided tours of the track, exclusive pit lane walks, access to the F1 Paddock and guest appearances by F1 drivers.
How Much Will it Cost to Attend a Formula 1 Race in 2025?
At some races on the 2025 F1 calendar, it’s still possible to secure a 3-day General Admission ticket for around $100 USD. But it’s also possible to spend 100 times more (upwards of $10,000 USD) on 3-day access to premium trackside hospitality suites in destinations such as Singapore and Las Vegas.
Global inflation and post-pandemic demand, together with increased interest in Formula 1 (especially thanks to the Netflix series ‘Drive to Survive’), have certainly pushed prices higher in the past three years, sometimes to levels that long-term fans can scarcely believe! However, this trend has already reversed, especially at the US races in Austin, Miami and Las Vegas, where prices have been reduced substantially from their highs.
It’s not only tickets that are increasing in price. If you’ve tried to book a holiday since the end of the pandemic, you’ll have noticed much higher prices for airfares and accommodation, a result of rising global inflation and travel operators capitalizing on strong demand to make back money lost during the pandemic.
Taking into account the cost of tickets, accommodation and spending money (but not airfares or other travel costs), the budget fan can spend as little as $500 USD on a weekend of Formula 1. This would mean buying the cheapest General Admission tickets and camping or staying in a hostel. For those who prefer to sit in a grandstand seat and stay in a hotel, the average price of an F1 weekend normally ranges from $1,000-2,000 USD. (Please note that all of our F1 travel guides include a post detailing the estimated weekly cost to attend each race.)
What’s the Cheapest F1 Race to Attend in 2025?
This depends on where you live compared to the race location, and how much it will cost to travel to the race location. On the ground, some of the cheapest F1 destinations include Azerbaijan, Hungary and Brazil – though ticket prices at these races can still be unaffordable for most locals. In Europe, it’s still possible to attend races very cheaply in Italy (Imola & Monza), Spain, Austria and Hungary when purchasing general admission tickets and camping at the track.
The most expensive race to attend in 2024 was the Las Vegas Grand Prix, where the cheapest 3-day grandstand tickets were priced at $1,500 USD (including stadium food and drinks) and many hospitality suites cost well in excess of $10,000 USD for weekend access. It should be noted, however, that significantly cheaper prices were offered closer to race weekend.
Other high-priced races to attend on the current F1 calendar include the Miami Grand Prix, Monaco Grand Prix, Singapore Grand Prix and Abu Dhabi Grand Prix. Tickets in Mexico tickets are also expensive, though Mexico City is an affordable destination overall.
Tickets are Sold Out. Should I Buy on the Secondary Market?
All is not lost if tickets are sold out (or almost sold out) via the race promoter, which has already happened for several races on the 2025 F1 calendar, such as Australia, Canada, Britain, Mexico City and São Paulo. In this case, you should always check official ticket agents for the race, such as our supplier Grand Prix Tickets, as in many cases tickets are still available at competitive prices.
If tickets for a race are sold out via both the promoter and official ticket agents, you may be forced to buy on the secondary market. We don’t normally recommend buying from Stubhub, SeatGeek, Vivid Seats or Viagogo (among others), but sometimes resale platforms are the only source of available tickets. Prices are often inflated by both the seller and via high transaction costs, but you should be protected in case of fraud. Conversely, with less demand for tickets at several races (especially in the USA), buying at the very last moment from the secondary market actually turned out to be a good way to save some money.
With official tickets for an increasing number of races sold exclusively through Ticketmaster, the Ticketmaster resale platform is also a safe source of secondary market tickets. Ticketmaster also facilitates the safe transfer of tickets between two user accounts on the platform. We recommend exercising extreme caution when purchasing tickets via social media or other online marketplaces, as e-tickets are more open to fraud (e.g., when someone attempts to resell the same ticket multiple times.)

Quick Links: Buying Guide / F1D Ticket Shop / F1 Experiences / Accommodation / Promoter Site
Tickets for the 2025 Australian Grand Prix in Melbourne went on sale in October via Ticketmaster and most categories sold out via the promoter very quickly. Controversially, the promoter used dynamic pricing, with tickets rising in price due to high demand. Fixed-price tickets from our supplier were also sold out quickly. Limited F1 Experiences packages are still available.
2025 Chinese Grand Prix, March 21-23
Quick Links: Buying Guide / F1D Ticket Shop / F1 Experiences / Accommodation / Promoter Site
After being absent from the calendar for four seasons, the Chinese Grand Prix finally returned in 2024 following the Chinese government’s easing of COVID restrictions. With a Chinese driver on the grid in 2024, tickets were in high demand and sold out very quickly. Shanghai offered the cheapest tickets on the 2024 F1 calendar. Ticket sales for the 2025 Chinese Grand Prix began on December 18. Local sales are handled via the Juss Sports app, with payment via WeChat Pay or AliPay. For international fans who don’t want to deal with Chinese apps and payment systems, our supplier also offers tickets for the race. China Paddock Club packages, which are amongst the cheapest on the 2025 F1 calendar, are available via F1 Experiences.
2025 Japanese Grand Prix, April 4-6
Quick Links: Buying Guide / F1D Ticket Shop / F1 Experiences / Accommodation / Promoter Site
The Japanese Grand Prix made a popular move in 2024 to a new early-season calendar slot. No longer susceptible to wild autumnal storms and rain, and with the added bonus of cherry blossoms, the race at Suzuka Circuit will be the third of the 2025 F1 season. Tickets for the 2025 Japanese Grand Prix went on sale in October, and many categories are already sold out via the circuit website. Our supplier still has a good supply of tickets for the race, which remain competitively priced when compared to other races on the current F1 calendar. F1 Experiences Ticket Packages are also on sale; Champions Club hospitality is recommended at Suzuka.
2025 Bahrain Grand Prix, April 11-13
Quick Links: Buying Guide / F1D Ticket Shop / F1 Experiences / Accommodation / Promoter Site
Bahrain International Circuit will once again host Formula 1’s only pre-season test for 2025 (February 26-28), but the Bahrain Grand Prix will not be the first race of the season. Along with the Saudi Arabian Grand Prix, which takes place one week later, the Bahrain Grand Prix moves to new dates in mid-April, after the end of Ramadan. Tickets for the opening race of the new season have been on sale for some time, though early bird discounts ended at the start of December. Main, Turn 1, Beyon, University and Victory grandstand tickets are currently available in our Bahrain ticket shop. F1 Experiences ticket packages are also on sale, including Champions Club and Paddock Club hospitality access.
2025 Saudi Arabian Grand Prix, April 18-20
Quick Links: Buying Guide / F1D Ticket Shop / F1 Experiences / Accommodation / Promoter Site
Tickets are now on sale for the 2025 Saudi Arabian Grand Prix in Jeddah. The ticket offer is fairly uncomplicated in Jeddah, reflecting the circuit’s much lower attendance than more popular races. The organizers have also bucked the trend of rising ticket prices by keeping ticket prices in Saudi constant over the past few seasons. Champions Club and Paddock Club hospitality suites are also now on sale via F1 Experiences.
2025 Miami Grand Prix, May 2-4
Quick Links: Buying Guide / F1D Ticket Shop / F1 Experiences / Accommodation / Promoter Site / Readers’ Experiences
The third edition of the Miami Grand Prix saw Lando Norris record a popular maiden victory as 275,000 fans went through the gates across three days, a new record for the event at the Hard Rock Stadium. This number was boosted by heavy discounting on both the primary and secondary ticket market in the weeks leading up to the race. As always, the race attracted a large number of celebrities, amongst them Donald Trump, Kendall Jenner, Tommy Hilfiger and Ed Sheeran. Tickets are now on sale for the 2025 Miami Grand Prix. F1 Experiences is also on sale for 2025.
2025 Emilia Romagna Grand Prix, May 16-18
Quick Links: Buying Guide / F1D Ticket Shop / F1 Experiences / Accommodation / Promoter Site / Readers’ Experiences
After local flooding saw the 2023 Emilia Romagna Grand Prix cancelled, the race returned this year. Max Verstappen took his third consecutive victory at Autodromo Imola as tributes were paid to Roland Ratzenberger and Ayrton Senna to commemorate 30 years since their tragic deaths at the circuit. Imola is not guaranteed to remain on the calendar beyond 2025. Tickets went on sale in September. Most tickets categories at Imola are cheaper than equivalent seats at Monza for the Italian Grand Prix, though seats on the main straight are relatively expensive. You can secure an Official Ticket Package from F1 Experiences, including new-for-2025 Champions Club hospitality.
2025 Monaco Grand Prix, May 22-25
Quick Links: Buying Guide / F1D Ticket Shop / F1 Experiences / Accommodation / Promoter Site
Tickets are now on sale for the 2025 Monaco Grand Prix. The iconic race at Circuit de Monaco will remain on the F1 calendar until at least 2031 after the recent signing of a contract extension. Ticket prices have been on the rise in Monaco in recent years, though affordable single-day tickets are still available (especially on Friday). A good selection of tickets remain available for 2025, and F1 Experiences Ticket Packages with grandstand seating, terrace or yacht hospitality are also on sale.
2025 Spanish Grand Prix, May 30 – June 1
Quick Links: Buying Guide / F1D Ticket Shop / F1 Experiences / Accommodation / Promoter Site
Boasting some of the best spectator views on the calendar, together with easy access to the best of Barcelona, the Spanish Grand Prix remains popular. 2025 marks the last time for the foreseeable future that the race at Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya will be known as the Spanish Grand Prix, with the race set to move to Madrid in 2026. (Barcelona does have a contract in place for 2026). Attendance has been rising in Spain in recent years, and the trackside experience has been improved by infrastructure improvements. Tickets went on sale for the 2025 Spanish Grand Prix in October and several popular grandstands are already sold out. A good selection of tickets remain available in our Spanish Grand Prix Ticket Shop, and F1 Experiences Ticket Packages are also on sale; Champions Club hospitality is recommended.
2025 Canadian Grand Prix, June 13-15
Quick Links: Buying Guide / F1D Ticket Shop / F1 Experiences / Accommodation / Promoter Site
This year’s Canadian Grand Prix attracted a record 3-day attendance of 350,000 fans, but the event was impacted once again by storms and rain, as well as complaints about the event’s organization. Canada is traditionally one of the first races to go on sale for the following season, and tickets for 2025 went on sale back in July. The race remains popular, especially with local fans who attend every race, and those travelling from the USA (who benefit from cheaper tickets prices in CAD). Many grandstands are already sold out via the local promoter, but a good selection of tickets remains available in our 2025 Canadian Grand Prix Ticket Shop. F1 Experiences Ticket Packages are also on sale. Champions Club Blanc hospitality is recommended.
2025 Austrian Grand Prix, June 27-29
Quick Links: Buying Guide / F1D Ticket Shop / F1 Experiences / Accommodation / Promoter Site
Affordable tickets, great organization and lots of trackside camping attract thousands of fans from all over Europe to the Austrian Grand Prix each summer. This year, George Russell scored an unexpected victory for Mercedes as just over 300,000 fans attended the Red Bull Ring over three days. Tickets always go on sale early for the Austrian Grand Prix, and with attractive early bird discounts. The most popular ticket categories sell out quickly, but we still have a good range of tickets available via our supplier, who are based next to the Red Bull Ring. F1 Experiences Ticket Packages are also on sale for 2025.
2025 British Grand Prix, July 4-6
Quick Links: Buying Guide / F1D Ticket Shop / F1 Experiences / Accommodation / Promoter Site
This year’s British Grand Prix, where Lewis Hamilton recorded his ninth victory at Silverstone, was best attended race of the 2024 F1 season. Tickets are already on sale for 2025, and demand remains very high. Many categories of tickets are already sold out, despite the use of dynamic pricing that has seen already high prices rise even higher at the point of purchase. Grandstand and hospitality tickets are available in our British Grand Prix ticket shop. Ticket packages are also on sale via F1 Experiences.
2025 Belgian Grand Prix, July 25-27
Quick Links: Buying Guide / F1D Ticket Shop / F1 Experiences / Accommodation / Promoter Site
The Belgian Grand Prix has been on borrowed time for several years, but is at least set to remain on the calendar until next year’s race. The organizers have improved the facilities at the circuit in recent years, including the construction of several new grandstands near Eau Rouge. Tickets for 2025 went on sale soon after this year’s edition of the race. A good selection of Bronze, Silver and Gold tickets are still available in our Belgian Grand Prix ticket shop. Packages from F1 Experiences are also available, including recommended Champions Club Business Tower hospitality.
2025 Hungarian Grand Prix, August 1-3
Quick Links: Buying Guide / F1D Ticket Shop / F1 Experiences / Accommodation / Promoter Site / Readers’ Experiences
It’s all change at the Hungaroring right now, with the construction of a new pits and paddock building, as well as new grandstands, set to bring the ageing circuit up to modern F1 standards in time for the 2025 Hungarian Grand Prix. Tickets for 2025 went on sale in the summer, and demand remains high. Ticket prices have risen in recent years, but still remain affordable. Many popular grandstands are already sold out, but we still have good availability in our Hungary ticket shop. Ticket packages from F1 Experiences are also available, including Champions Club and Paddock Club hospitality.
2025 Dutch Grand Prix, August 29-31
Quick Links: Buying Guide / F1D Ticket Shop / F1 Experiences / Accommodation / Promoter Site
Despite strong demand from local fans of Max Verstappen, the Dutch Grand Prix has not been a resounding success amongst international fans. Many tickets went unsold for this year’s race, despite Zandvoort being one of the best organized and most atmospheric races on the current calendar in our opinion! With the recent announcement that the race will depart the calendar after just two more seasons, there’s never been a better time to attend the Dutch Grand Prix. Tickets for 2025 are aready on sale in our Dutch Grand Prix ticket shop, or you can secure a package from F1 Experiences. You can also try your luck on the official Dutch GP resale platform.
2025 Italian Grand Prix, September 5-7
Quick Links: Buying Guide / F1D Ticket Shop / F1 Experiences / Accommodation / Promoter Site / Readers’ Experiences
The spectator experience has improved at recent editions of the Italian Grand Prix, and the tifosi went home happy after this year’s race at Monza was won by Charles Leclerc for Ferrari. Tickets for the 2025 Italian Grand Prix went on sale in September, and interest remains high in attending the last race of the European season. Lewis Hamilton will also be racing in red for the first time at Monza in 2025! F1 Experiences packages are also available, including recommended Champions Club hospitality.
2025 Azerbaijan Grand Prix, September 19-21
Quick Links: Buying Guide / F1D Ticket Shop / F1 Experiences / Accommodation / Promoter Site
With limited flight connections to Baku, it’s not that easy for international fans to attend the Azerbaijan Grand Prix. Those who do make the effort to attend this race will discover a fascinating city with affordable prices. As one of the lowest attended races of the season, the spectator experience at the Azerbaijan Grand Prix is very good. After shifting race dates in recent seasons, Baku retains a September calendar slot for 2025. Tickets are not expected to go on sale until February or March, but you can already purchase an F1 Experiences Ticket Package. For this interested in trackside hospitality, Baku also offers the cheapest access to the Formula 1 Paddock Club across the entire 2025 season.
2025 Singapore Grand Prix, October 3-5
Quick Links: Buying Guide / F1D Ticket Shop / F1 Experiences / Accommodation / Promoter Site
The Singapore Grand Prix remains one of the most popular to attend on the calendar, though ticket prices are high. The ‘original night race’ still offers a thrilling trackside spectacle, not to mention A-list concerts. Super Early Bird tickets went on sale during this year’s race weekend, with a further Early Bird period offered soon after. Regular ticket prices now apply, and we have a good selection of 3-day tickets available, from the cheapest Walkabout options to grandstands and hospitality. F1 Experiences Ticket Packages are also on sale for the 2025 Singapore Grand Prix.
2025 United States Grand Prix, October 17-19
Quick Links: Buying Guide / F1D Ticket Shop / F1 Experiences / Accommodation / Promoter Site
Increased competition from new races in Miami and Las Vegas have put pressure on the organizers of the United States Grand Prix to up their game. Ticket prices were lowered slightly in 2024 and the trackside experience was improved, though attendance figures were not published for the race. The only purpose-built circuit in the USA on the current F1 calendar remains a popular event and is improved by Austin’s excellent dining and nightlife scene, though finding affordable accommodation on race weekend is increasingly difficult. General ticket sales have not yet begun for the 2025 United States Grand Prix, but deposits are available via COTA. Ticket packages from F1 Experiences are now on sale for 2025, including Champions Club hospitality.
2025 Mexico City Grand Prix, October 24-26
Quick Links: Buying Guide / F1D Ticket Shop / F1 Experiences / Accommodation / Promoter Site
Another record crowd was in attendance at this year’s edition of the Mexico Grand Prix, which was the third best attended race of the 2024 F1 season. Local hero Sergio Perez underperformed on home soil, and will not even be on the grid next season, but tickets for 2025 were mostly sold out before it was announced that Perez would be replaced by Liam Lawson at Red Bull Racing. For the best trackside atmosphere in Mexico, we recommend securing seats in the Estadio (Foro Sol) stadium section of the circuit. A wide range of grandstand tickets remain available in our Mexico ticket shop, and F1 Experiences Ticket Packages are also on sale.
2025 São Paulo Grand Prix, November 7-9
Quick Links: Buying Guide / F1D Ticket Shop / F1 Experiences / Accommodation / Promoter Site
Attendance has been rising in recent years at Interlagos, though the 290,000 fans that attended the race this year (over three days) had to contend with heavy rain and storms that saw qualifying moved from Saturday afternoon to Sunday morning but contributed to another fantastic, action-packed race at Interlagos. Tickets for 2025 went on sale soon after this year’s exciting race and sold out quickly via the local promoter. A good selection of tickets remain available for purchase in our Brazil ticket shop. Official Ticket Packages from F1 Experiences are also available, including recommended Champions Club hospitality.
2025 Las Vegas Grand Prix, November 20-22
Quick Links: Buying Guide / F1D Ticket Shop / F1 Experiences / Accommodation / Promoter Site
A loose water drain cover which damaged the Ferrari of Carlos Sainz and delayed the action on the opening day was not the ideal return to the calendar for the Las Vegas Grand Prix in 2023, but an exciting race on the Las Vegas Strip made money fans forget. There were no such issues during the second outing this year for Formula 1 in Las Vegas, though ticket prices were discounted heavily in the weeks leading up to the race in an attempt to fill the grandstands. A support category, the Ferrari Challenge, was also added to the on-track schedule in 2024. Tickets are not yet on sale for 2025, but you can place your deposit via the promoter website. Deposits are also available on F1 Experiences Ticket Packages.
2025 Qatar Grand Prix, November 28-30
Quick Links: Buying Guide / F1D Ticket Shop / F1 Experiences / Accommodation / Promoter Site / Readers’ Experiences
Temperatures were a lot more comfortable for fans and teams alike at this year’s Qatar Grand Prix, which moved from early October to the end of November on the 2024 F1 calendar. Attendance increased by almost 30% in 2024, and fans generally enjoyed the trackside experience at Lusail Circuit. Formula 1’s sprint format returns to Qatar in 2025. Tickets are not yet on sale for 2025, but you can already secure an F1 Experiences Ticket Package with grandstand seating or all-inclusive hospitality.
2025 Abu Dhabi Grand Prix, December 5-7
Quick Links: Buying Guide / F1D Ticket Shop / F1 Experiences / Accommodation / Promoter Site
For the first time in three seasons, a championship was decided at Yas Marina Circuit when McLaren secured the 2024 Constructors’ Championship at the 2024 Abu Dhabi Grand Prix. The race also marked Lewis Hamilton’s last outing with Mercedes before moving to Ferrari next season, and the 7-time champion drove through the field from a lowly 16th on the grid to finish fourth.
Early bird tickets for the 2025 Abu Dhabi Grand Prix went on sale via Yas Marina Circuit the same weekend as this year’s race, but were soon sold out. The general sale of tickets is expected to begin in January. F1 Experiences Ticket Packages are already on sale for 2025.
2025 Formula 1 Tickets: FAQ
Can I choose individual seats when buying tickets? Not always but buying from the official site for the race does often gives you the option to choose sections within grandstands and even individual seats. When buying from a secondary market site such as our ticket shop, you don’t have the ability to choose specific seats, but you can place a request for a particular seat or section.
Are tickets numbered and reserved on all three days? In most cases, yes. However, there are exceptions. Cheaper grandstands (bleachers) at some races do not have assigned seats. Seats in most grandstands at Silverstone are only reserved on race day; you are free to roam in other grandstands on Friday and Saturday at the British Grand Prix.
Why does F1 sell mainly 3-day tickets? Because the F1 weekend runs for three days, and this is the way tickets have traditionally been sold. Your 3-day ticket provides entry to the circuit on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Many races, however, now offer 2-day tickets (Saturday and Sunday), as well as single-day tickets (see below).
Are single-day tickets available? Single-day tickets are available at the majority of races, with the most popular and expensive access available on race day. Sunday-only tickets are not often much cheaper than access for all three days, however. Not all races offer single-day tickets for Friday and Saturday. Please note that sometimes single-day tickets don’t go on sale until well after 3-day tickets.
How and when will I receive my tickets? The majority of 2025 F1 tickets are digital, issued as e-tickets to your email around 2-6 weeks before the race. Due to promoter delays, tickets have sometimes been issued much later in recent seasons. It’s worth noting however that most hospitality tickets (e.g., for the Formula 1 Paddock Club) are still issued as physical passes – you’ll need to pay for delivery to your home address, or collect them from a ticket office (normally close to the circuit). Commemorative printed tickets are available at some circuits for fans who want a memento from attending the race. It’s worth noting that China became the first race to use facial recognition scanning for digital tickets in 2024. Monaco is the only race which still issues mainly physical tickets.
Which races offer trackside concerts by major artists? Access to trackside concerts by A-list artists is included with your race ticket at an increasing number of races on the F1 calendar. The biggest and best concerts are staged at the United States Grand Prix, Singapore Grand Prix, Abu Dhabi Grand Prix and British Grand Prix. Major artists have also performed in Mexico, Azerbaijan and Saudi Arabia in recent years. Many other races also have a concert stage set up in the F1 Fanzone, though the artists are not normally internationally renowned. Learn More: Top Eight F1 Races to Attend for Trackside Concerts
Which races offer early-bird discounts? Several races offer have historically offered discounted tickets when purchasing well in advance, including the Austrian Grand Prix, Hungarian Grand Prix, Belgian Grand Prix, Singapore Grand Prix and Abu Dhabi Grand Prix. Due to high demand, such promotions are becoming less attractive, or simply no longer offered.
Are F1 tickets subject to dynamic pricing? In some cases, yes. Dynamic pricing, sometimes called surge pricing, is a relatively new and controversial phenomenon which involves varying the price of tickets to reflect changing market conditions, especially charging higher prices when demand is greater. In the past, most F1 circuits published a price list for tickets. But this practice is becoming less common, giving circuits more flexibility to change pricing. Silverstone has controversially employed dynamic pricing for the release of British Grand Prix tickets in the past few seasons, angering fans who were forced to watch the price of their chosen tickets rise while they waited in an online queue to buy. The organizers of the Australian Grand Prix also employed dynamic pricing (via their partner, Ticketmaster) when selling tickets for the 2025 race at Albert Park.
If I buy a grandstand ticket, can I also watch in General Admission areas? At most circuits you can. Your ticket entitles you to a seat in your chosen grandstand plus open access to General Admission areas. The exceptions are the circuits where ‘zones’ are enforced, such as Singapore, Mexico, Brazil and Abu Dhabi. At these races, depending on which ticket you have, you may be restricted to viewing in only one part (zone) of the circuit.
