Imola has hosted plenty of memorable moments in Formula 1 history, from triumphs to tragedies and flashpoints in some of the sport’s fabled rivalries. Reigning champion Max Verstappen has won the last two Imola races, while Lewis Hamilton won on F1’s return to the track in 2020. Where to Watch the Action at the 2024 Emilia Romagna Grand Prix
Although tickets for grandstand seats on the pit straight are relatively expensive compared to tickets in similar locations at other venues around Europe, there are some reasonably priced grandstands – with good views – at Imola. General Admission tickets are also very affordable.
Most grandstands at the track, aside from the more expensive Start/Partenza Grandstands, are uncovered. For those on a mid-range budget, we recommend the Acque Minerale Grandstands, which overlook the famous Acque Minerale section of the Imola track.
We also recommend seats in the Tosa 1 for viewing the action between Turns 5-9, while the Gresini Grandstands were a new option in 2023, located at the Variante Alta hairpin.
