Tickets are now on sale for the 2024 Spanish Grand Prix. Following the best-attended Spanish Grand Prix since 2008 in 2023, tickets are likely to sell fast for the 2024 race at Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya, scheduled to take place on June 21-23.

Tickets are now available for the 2024 Spanish Grand Prix at Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya on June 21-23. Last year, 40,000 tickets were sold for the 2023 event on the opening day of sales. With Fernando Alonso back at the front of the grid and Carlos Sainz continuing in the front-running Ferrari, we expect a similar – if not even higher – level of interest in attending the 2024 Spanish Grand Prix. You’ll need to act quickly to secure seats in your chosen grandstand!
The Spanish Grand Prix enjoyed its largest spectatorship in years in 2023. Race day saw the venue’s biggest Sunday attendance since 2008, with 125,565 fans in attendance. Overall weekend attendance at thee vent was just over 284,000 – an increase of 6,000 on the previous year.
The 2023 race, in which Max Verstappen secured a Grand Slam victory, was the first to be run on a revised layout of the circuit which removed the chicane in the final sector of the track. There were over 100 overtakes during the race – a number which was well up on previous seasons.
Where to Watch the Action at the 2024 Spanish Grand Prix
Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya benefits from a good number of grandstand offering panoramic views of the track. The most expensive grandstand seats can be found in the Main Grandstand, overlooking the starting grid, pit lane and podium. Opposite the end of the main straight, Grandstand A provides good views of the main straight and the opening turns of the circuit at a reasonable price.
General Admission tickets are also available for the 2024 Spanish Grand Prix, with Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya having some of the best trackside views for those with General Admission passes of any race on the current calendar.

Getting Ready to Attend the 2024 Spanish Grand Prix
Although many fans encountered issues over the Spanish Grand Prix weekend in 2022 due to poor organisation on the circuit’s behalf, the trackside situation was much improved in 2023 with race organisers having made a number of much-needed improvements.
For the 2023 race, however, fans reported that public transport systems around the track had still not been perfected, leading to lengthy queues to get to and from the circuit. It’s worth noting that the 2024 Spanish Grand Prix takes place in late June, the furthest date into the European summer on which the event has been held in its history at Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya (aside from the 2020 race, which was not open to the public). The circuit’s viewing areas do not offer much protection from the sun and, with temperatures likely to be hotter than in previous years as a result of the date change, you should be prepared for the warmer weather conditions.
