As well as the potential for a dramatic final race title-decider, the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix also benefits from having a good selection of support races – including Formula 2, which will host its season finale here next year – along with a stellar musical line-up on each night of the race weekend. In recent years, Foo Fighters, Def Leppard, Lewis Capaldi and Kendrick Lamar are among the headline names who’ve taken to the stage at Yas Marina Circuit.
In 2022, tickets for the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix sold out in record time. The event had a weekend attendance of 160,000, up by 7,000 on the previous year. Tickets sold out again in 2023, though an official attendance figure has not yet been announced. With a sell-out event likely and a smaller capacity than at other venues, it’s wise to secure your tickets as soon as possible.
The Best Viewing Spots at the 2024 Abu Dhabi Grand Prix
A range of three-day and two-day tickets are available for the 2024 Abu Dhabi Grand Prix. Recommended viewing areas include the Main Grandstand on the start/finish straight, offering views of the starting grid, pit lane and podium celebrations, plus the North Grandstand, which overlooks the hairpin in the first sector of the track. The latter is a prime spot to see some overtaking.
Premium and Premium Plus tickets offer upgraded, panoramic views of the track. Premium plus in the Main Grandstand offer the best views of the grid, finish line and post-race podium ceremony. Usually, a free circuit walk is held for all three-day ticket holders on the Thursday of the race weekend. Golden Circle concert upgrades will be available to purchase at a later date. These passes – which offer access to the best seats in the house for the nightly concerts – are usually available when the headline acts for the race weekend are announced.

2023 marked the 12th time that Yas Marina Circuit hosted the final race of the year, overtaking Adelaide as the venue to have closed out the season on the most occasions. It will do so for the 13th time in 2024.
Are the single day tickets sold out or are they not on sale yet?

Is there a section in West Grandstand Premium that has views to the start/finish line?
Yes, several sections have views of the start/finish straight. See the seating plan for West grandstand here. I’m not sure which sections are “Premium”, but you can see that sections 6-7, 13-14, 20-21 have the best views down the straight.
