Malaysia – F1’s Cheapest Tickets Just Got Cheaper

Tickets for the 2014 Malaysian F1 Grand Prix in Sepang went on sale a week ago. The great news for fans considering attendance the race is that there is amazing 50% early bird price discount if you buy your tickets before 31 December 2013. With three-day Hillstand tickets starting from under 10 EUR and grandstand seats for the weekend from just 33 EUR, the cheapest tickets on the F1 calendar just got cheaper!

Some of the highlights of the early bird ticket prices include:

  • Weekend Hillstand (uncovered) tickets for 41 MYR, which equates to just 9 EUR / 13 USD / 8 GBP / 14 AUD โ€“ prices for the covered Hillstand area are double this price, but still an outstanding bargain!
  • Weekend K1 grandstand tickets with a view of the main straight, pits and pit exit and opening few corners for 331 MYR, approx  76 EUR / 103 USD / 64 GBP / 110 AUD
  • Weekend F grandstand tickets with a view of turn 7 as well as the final turn 15 and the main straight for 141 MYR, approx 33 EUR / 44 USD / 27 GBP / 47 AUD
  • Mall Area โ€“ Main Grandstand North โ€“ Lower Tier tickets in the Jade and Turquoise zones, facing the pits and on the start finish straight for 446 MYR / 103 EUR / 139 USD / 87 GBP / 149 AUD

Editors Choice – we sat in Block A of the K1 grandstand and can recommend seats high up which offers the best front-on view of the start/finish straight, pits and pit exit and opening corners.

We are already working on our Guide to the 2014 Malaysian F1 Grand Prix. The first section of our guide to be launched will focus on Tickets, and we will give you plenty of time to take advantage of the early bird discount by publishing later this month.
