Sebastian Vettel’s 2019 season was littered with mistakes – and there was almost another costly one at the German Grand Prix. Unseen on the world feed, this video captures the moment that Vettel went wide on the final tour of the Hockenheim circuit, and almost lost second place to Daniil Kvyat.

2. Leclerc wins at Monza

4. Suzuka race start

7. Vettel takes pole in Canada

It’s hard not to be mesmerised by this video of the action at the Monaco Grand Prix. It shows the car passing through the famous Tabac corner – one of the fastest corners on the street circuit. Despite Carlos Sainz’s rise to sixth in the Drivers’ Championship by the end of the year, his season started poorly as he took the unwanted honour of being the first retiree of the 2019 season. Here you can see the smoking McLaren and a dejected Sainz walk away from his car.
